The construction is planned to continue for about 5 years, and the first phase is expected to be completed in 2022 with 110 houses. In its entirety, River Park includes the construction of 352 buildings – row, twin and single-family houses, infrastructure, and green spaces on an area of 215,000 sq.m. The investment in the project will exceed 80 million Euro. River Park recently signed a cooperation agreement with Unicredit Bulbank, which will finance the construction of the complex.
