Four months have passed since the first dig was broken for the construction of Alley 5, the largest residential project in Sofia, and the realization of the 42 houses from the second phase of the River Pak complex is developing at an impressive pace. More than half of the houses are already under construction, and the construction progress is different for each of them. Ten of the houses have already reached the second floor, five have completed foundations, and eight are under basis construction. Prospective owners can now recognize the location of their new homes and track the progress of the realization. The fast-moving construction of Alley 5 is expected to be completed on schedule in 2026.
For the construction of each of the 352 houses in the complex, only the highest quality materials are used, paying attention even to how "breathable" the facades are, so that the cold does not enter in the winter and they do not get too hot in the summer. It is also investing in solar panels for heating the water.
River Park is already buzzing as the 110 phase one homes built are now occupied by new owners. The aim of the project is to bring nature back into the daily life of one and his family, without this being at the expense of the city's amenities. Three quarters of the total area of the complex is allocated for vegetation. The organization of the spaces follows the natural unevenness of the terrain, creating a feeling of nature in which there seems to be no human intervention. All landscape solutions are subordinated to the idea of adapting the new complex to the natural profile and long-term improvement of the quality of life in the region. Trees and shrubs that grow locally on the territory of Vitosha have been planted in order to enrich and contribute to the local biodiversity.
