47 of the houses in the River Park have already received Act 14, and 16 more will receive it soon.
Act 14 is a step for control of construction activities, certifying the acceptance of the construction of the building. It allows to start procedures for issuing Act 15 and Act 16.
The first dig of Phase 1, consisting of 110 houses, was laid in July 2020. The first residents are expected to be welcomed at the end of 2022.
