All Phase 1 houses receive Act 14 certification

One and a half years after the River Park groundbreaking ceremony, all 110 houses from Phase 1 have been built, and just a few days ago the final ones also received Act 14 certification. Act 14 certifies that the rough-in construction of the buildings has been approved by the relevant authorities. Receiving it gives the green light to move on to procedures for issuing Act 15 and Act 16.

The issuance of the final Act 14 certification marks the end of a successful year, during which River Park went from the drawing board as an innovative residential complex to the final stages of construction. We began the year with 15 houses built to the roof and 30 with a completed second floor, but we end it with 110 houses with fully completed rough-in construction, and half of which already have finished facades. We laid the foundations of the first alleys and began work on the shared areas in the complex. The beginning of next year will be dedicated to the landscaping, which brings us even closer to the final look of the complex.

The first stage of River Park covers an area of 70,000 square meters and includes 62 row and 48 twin houses, individual yards ranging in size from 60 to 580 square meters, shared green spaces and internal road infrastructure. The completion of Phase 1 is expected in the second half of the year, and it looks to welcome its first residents at the end of 2022.
