Phase 1 of River Park is set to be completed in less than a year. The complex attracts those home seekers who are looking for a healthy living environment close to nature and the amenities of the city, which has led to 80% of the houses being sold.
Finishing touches are currently being made on the construction of the houses, and all of them have already received Act 14 certification. The construction of the street network and the outlining of shared spaces has begun. The landscaping of the complex is scheduled to begin in spring.
The first stage of River Park covers an area of 70,000 square meters and includes 62 row and 48 twin houses, individual yards ranging in size from 60 to 580 square meters, shared green spaces and internal road infrastructure. The complex is expected to be completed in the second half of the year to welcome the first residents by the end of 2022.
