Construction of the largest housing project in Sofia is progressing at a remarkable pace. Less than a year after the groundbreaking ceremony, all 110 phase One houses are currently under construction, with 73 of them completed to the roof. So far, 47 of the houses have already received Act 14 certification, and very soon 16 more houses are expected to follow suit.

How a whole neighborhood of 110 houses was built in just 9 months
The reason behind the successful and impressive pace of development of the project is the large team of proven professionals in various fields. The work on River Park has been entrusted to construction and project management companies with an excellent reputation and a large number of specialists, thanks to whom only 9 months after the start, all 110 houses are nearing completion. Most of them already have windows installed, the facades are being completed and work is being done simultaneously on the partition walls and the installations in them.
A sales agreement has been reached for over 60% of the phase 1 houses, and at this stage only 15 row houses and 20 twin houses are still available

The construction of the complex is planned to be carried out in 3 phases. All houses from the first phase are expected to be fully completed by the end of 2022, and the first row of houses from phase 2 are currently being planned, and sales are expected to start soon.
