There are 352 houses planned for construction, which constitute around 20% of the entire area of River Park. We have designed row, twin, and single-family houses with spacious yards and vast green areas at all residents’ disposal. The infrastructural plan has been carefully thought out so that the traffic on each street is limited and reaching different points of the residential park is made possible using various alternative routes. We adopted this approach to ensure kids have a place to enjoy their childhood uninterrupted by the city traffic.

Special attention was paid to the infrastructure of the complex. The philosophy applied to the project is based on the concept of "Shared street lanes” or so-called "Living streets". The street is for everyone - both people and cars use the street - the infrastructure aims to invoke tolerance and bring the traffic to a minimum. This will enhance the feeling of living in the dynamic streets of the city and at the same time become an area of integration and shared community values that form a friendly and nurturing environment.
